Oh course we hope you are utterly stoked with your purchase, but if whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your exotic purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Cancellations:
If you change your mind about an order, please contact us ASAP and we will not ship your product and we will return your payment via online banking. If your product has already been shipped, you will need to get your product back to us (as is our "Returns" policy above.
Privacy Policy:
None of your personal information will be shared with any other parties what so ever. You can rest assured that your privacy is as important to us as it is to you :-)
